The Round Drawing Room: A Hidden Musicians' Stair

Named for its circular floor plan, this room hides a small secret. To the right of the fireplace, a door set into the wood paneling conceals a narrow staircase, through which musicians would climb unseen to a balcony above and perform for guests below.
