How to Buy Sainte-Chapelle Tickets
Sainte-Chapelle · Paris, France
You must buy your Sainte-Chapelle ticket online. Go to the official ticket site (https://tickets.monuments-nationaux.fr/en-GB/home), scroll down to the search box and type "saint". Sainte-Chapelle appears in the fourth slot of the results. Click it, then choose the first option to reach the ticket selection screen.
Tickets are listed from the top: first non-European, then European, followed by the free-admission categories. The last option is for Museum Pass holders. Even if you already have a Museum Pass, or plan to buy one, you can't simply turn up: pass holders must also reserve a time slot here.
Here's the process for one standard non-European ticket. Press the plus button, scroll down and click the black button. On the next screen, choose your visit date and the available time slots will appear; pick the one you want. Entry runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. between April 1 and September 30, and until 4:30 p.m. between October 1 and March 31.
Once you've chosen a time, click the brown button at the bottom and press Confirm on the next screen. Enter the email address where you want to receive your ticket, double-checking it for typos, and press Confirm again. Tick the terms-and-conditions box below the price, then click the payment button to open the payment window. Select your card provider, enter your card details, complete the image-based security check and press the payment completion button. That's it: your ticket is booked.
