Room 12: Paintings Rodin Collected Over a Lifetime

You've just entered Room 12. Displayed here is a selection of the paintings Rodin collected during his lifetime. Altogether, he amassed around 200 paintings — some purchased outright, others acquired by trading works with fellow artists. In this room, you'll find two of the most celebrated pieces in his collection: one painting each by Van Gogh and Monet. More in the next track.
